My name is Brewel Currie, and I am the founder of this unique clothing brand called Street Prophets and an ordained evangelist, motivational, and inspirational speaker, and mentor. 

In my teen years, I started experimenting with drugs and alcohol.  This behavior was the beginning of a downward spiral.  I had been incarcerated many times but the last and final time I was there, I accepted Jesus into my heart, and I began to walk on the path of righteousness. 

After my release, I felt the call of God to reach back to those behind the prison cells.  I understood what it was like to believe that you are no more than the messes you create.  I had struggled, like so many of them, to find the truth.  In 2016 I founded a ministry called, No More Chains New Life Ministry, a nonprofit ministry.  Now I return to encourage, inspire, and motivate the inmates and tell them the systematic cycle of incarceration can be broken off them too, by the saving power of Jesus Christ. 

God was not through with me.  Soon afterwards, He gave me a revelation of taking His Word to the streets.  In 2018, the Street Prophets clothing brand evolved.  The clothing brand creates inspirational clothing designs with the use of talented artists and Biblical content for the purpose of spreading the Gospel.  I wear my clothing brand, proudly, because it has eye-catching messages that will encourage people to believe in Jesus, as their Lord and Savior.  Street Prophets clothing brand is more than a clothing brand, it is pointing people to salvation.  

I have a great desire to help our youth.  I speak at Juvenile Detention Facilities and Public Schools.  I mentor troubled youth every day.  It is my duty to first love them.  Then I inspire and motivate them in making the right choices.

I am married and my wife and I have three daughters.  I have four children from previous marriages.

Street Prophets clothing brand utilizes the revenue received from its sales to sustain the cost of this ministry.
